Public sector settlement model (May 2003)
At the case management conference on 31st March 2003, HM Treasury and six public sector trade unions agreed that the tribunal could publish the agreed settlement model, as it was recognised that this facility may assist other parties.

Please also note that it is not possible for the tribunal to answer any queries that any parties may have about this settlement model or the calculations used. This model was negotiated privately, and thus the tribunal has no additional information aside from what appears on the website.
